Almost all social auditing standards include the requirement that workers should be able to work in an environment that is free of discrimation and harassment. However, there is overwhelming evidence that for many workers, this remains a dream rather than reality.
As an auditing firm, we want to do our part to make sure that social audits become a more effective instrument to combat gender-related harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
